Swissotel Uludag Bursa is a brand-new hotel complex nestled in the heart of Uludag National Park, surrounded by centuries-old pine forests. It was a lovely retreat from busy city life, offering a chance to connect with nature and enjoy fresh mountain air. The room was very comfortable, as expected from the Swissotel chain, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful and kind, adding to the experience.

We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

Beautiful lobby. Cozy rooms. Nice forest to explore around the hotel. Very friendly staff. Specially at check-in. Location is 12mins away from the ski area... But this is what we needed. They provide to and fro shuttle everyday.

Starting from the moment we entered the hotel, until the moment we left! Everything was magical and great! The hospitality of the team the kindness of the facilities, the food, and the team ( item, Gorkem, Yusuf, Kaan, Elifsu, and of course the hotel Manager Mhmet) you guys made our stay memorable 🤍 the room was spacious, breakfast has a variety of options from Turkish cuisine to other international cuisines, Spa with the heated outdoor pool is such a therapy. The hotel interior feels like you are in a different world. You guys are the best hotel I have visited in Turkey indeed. Aww last thing on the right is a beautiful welcome message when I arrived I left my heart in Swissotel Uludag and we definitely will do it again, thank you so much 🤍

This hotel was amazing, it had some of the best spa facilities I have seen. The staff were very attentive and the hotel room was great. The hotel had good options for parking as well as a great campus to walk around at night.

Excellent, professional and helpful staff at the reception and at the spa. Beautiful drive through the forest to reach the hotel. Property isolated from traffic and road noise.
